Well, to find that courage requires interpersonal communication. These social interrelated acts, reactions and the subsequent action, determine your own reputation. As a result: the standing.

The standing with fellow human beings depends essentially on the reputation. This reputation is determined by actions, reactions and actions. So the interpersonal. Not by social or professional position. But of the courage to get involved with fellow human beings in the mental sense.
